Is it safe to buy in your online store?

Absolutely! We use Shopify Payments as a payment processor, which is certified with Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. It is one of the most secure payment processors available in the world.

How much does shipping cost?

Nothing, we have free shipping in all merchandise! We currently only ship within the UAE. If you have problems at the checkout we advice to switch off the VPN.

When will my order arrive?

Please, aloud us 24h to process and prepare your order. We use Emirates Post, that means your order should arrive in less than 24h once is collected by the courier. Please write your phone number when doing the check out as couriers often call when they are on the way to deliver the package.

Where is your store based and where are your orders shipped from?

We are based in Dubai and all orders are shipped from here.

Do you ship worldwide?

At the moment we are only shipping to the United Arab Emirates.

What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges will be accepted if your item is faulty or arrives broken within 10 days after receiving your order.

Will I pay duties and taxes?

We currently only ship to the UAE from Dubai so no taxes are applied.
